Anyone have any good stretches for your upper back? With all of the quilting I am doing as well as walking a 66 pound husky twice a day, my shoulders and upper back are getting tight. I'd love any advice on stretching that area of my back as I can't get a chair massage every week.

Do you do the one where you bring your arm across your chest, grab your elbow with the opposite hand, and pull while turning your head in the direction of the first arm's shoulder? that's a yoga stretch I use sometimes.

Are you still going to the gym with the celebs??? Facing the Smith machine with the bar at about chest height, grab onto the bar with both hands and then lean back (so your body bows out). Then drop the bar one or two notches, face away from the machine and grab the bar with both hands and step out.

Thanks for the advice. I am going to the gym. I don't see Danny Glover much but I see Jerry Brown all the time.
